Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Closing contracts with commercial customers.
  • Advising Customers on their alternative energy options.
  • Advising Customers on their Financing options.
  • Conducting site evaluations for potential customers.
  • Estimating cost and pricing systems.
  • Analysis of customers current and projected electrical usage.
  • Communicating with Sales Manager, Sales Administrator, project manager. and Engineering department regarding system design.
  • Logging all communications with customers in contact database.
  • Highly professional approach in relationship with the customers.
  • Highly professional behavior with the customers.
  • Discipline and positive attitude.

Job Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:

  • First-hand experience in Closing deals and signing contracts with commercial customers.
  • Ability to generate quotes and provide a customer support.
  • Experience with time share sales is an advantage.
  • Understanding of or ability to quickly learn grid-tied solar electric installation, design or sales.
  • Strong math and computer skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn and use company web based CRM Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Understanding of general construction
  • Understanding of electricity and electrical contracting
  • Ability to see TEAM first, super positive attitude is critical
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Desire to stay on the leading edge of the FP industry
  • World class communication and customer service skills
  • Clean driving record

Work Environment:

  • The position is based out of our Lake Mary, FL headquarters.
