Sales Account Manager – Lake Mary, FL

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS

Under general direction by the Director of National/Commercial accounts and the Lake Mary based management team, We are seeking positive, motivated, dynamic Independent contractors operating as Inside Sales Account manager for PV Solar Panel and Power Generation Systems Sales Representative.
 

Advanced Solar Photonics (ASP) is integrated solar module and solar power generators manufacturer, R&D center,  and alternative solar energy solution provider for residential, commercial, government, and utility Go-Green and Renewable Energy markets. 

We are also a fully integrated North America's premier provider of solar energy solutions, renewable energy, delivering world-class product and customer care.
We have our own engineering team, design capabilities, installation team with utility vehicle fleet, Florida-wide license, lead generation system, and project management.

We provide in house financing for our residential customers.

ASP is building Solar Module Assembly plant in Lake Mary Florida with initial capacity of 50MWatt per year and plan to create few hundred new jobs.

Our product is Based on the newest cell efficiency, light transmission, and encapsulation technologies ASP solar modules are among the most advanced and efficient industrial solar energy generating devices in the world. ASP is focusing on high power solar panels ranging from 235 watts to 600 watts.

Entrepreneurial spirit, Business development, contract negotiation skills and Experience is required.

Requirements: 

1. Closing contracts with commercial customers.
2. Advising Customers on their alternative energy options.
3. Advising Customers on their Financing options.

4. Conducting site evaluations for potential customers.
5. Estimating cost and pricing systems.

6. Analysis of customers current and projected electrical usage

7. Communicating with Sales Manager, Sales Administrator, project manager. and Engineering department regarding system design.

8. Logging all communications with customers in contact database.
9. Highly professional approach in relationship with the customers.
10. Highly professional behavior with the customers.
11. Discipline and positive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Firsthand experience in Closing deals and signing contracts with commercial customers.
• Ability to generate quotes and provide a customer support.
• Experience with time share sales is an advantage.

• Understanding of or ability to quickly learn grid-tied solar electric installation, design or sales

• Strong math and computer skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn and use company web based CRM Customer  Relationship Management) system

• Understanding of general construction

• Understanding of electricity and electrical contracting

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be working in the office while obtaining continues training, recording your activity, prospecting leads. ASP will provide you with initial training, sales management, sales administrative support, your personal desk equipped with PC and telecommunication equipment, trade show participation opportunity and lead generation system. Company will provide you with all necessary engineering support and continues training.

You will be required to provide a weekly calendar of your activities/meetings/presentations, updating the sales opportunities within the company CRM program, participation in select trade shows and developing a general sales plan for your territory.  

1.Associates degree or 5 years sales experience
2.Prior sales experience in hi-tech, semiconductor, solar or flat panel industr

Executes these solar services sales strategies per the most optimal client Solar Services offering. Builds and manages long term customer relationships / partnerships and ensures customer satisfaction. Position solar service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships, and maintain the growth of these relationships over time.

Uses and promotes the use of the sales process to aide in cultivating and managing long term relationships and in seeking out new sales opportunities
